Cornell Guion is an accomplished sales professional with nearly two decades of experience in driving growth and building lasting client relationships across multiple industries.  He has worked for some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Amazon, KraftHeinz, Ford, and PepsiCo. His deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior, combined with his exceptional negotiation skills, has allowed him to consistently exceed sales targets and deliver value for both his clients and employers.

 

Throughout his career, Cornell has become known for his unwavering integrity, leadership, and ability to see the bigger picture. His passion for sales is matched by his dedication to mentoring others, helping his teams grow professionally and empowering them to reach their full potential. Cornell believes, an inclusive and equitable workplace is a cornerstone of organizational strength. By embracing and valuing diverse perspectives, we enrich individuals, foster innovation, and build a culture where collaboration and success thrive. When people feel seen, heard and respected for who they truly are, companies can reach their goals faster with more satisfaction from clients and employees. These beliefs also motivated him to create “The View from the Middle”, an online journal that facilitates conversations about equality in the workplace.

 

Cornell is originally from Orlando, Florida, but has traveled the world, living and working in New York, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, and even Brazil. Today, Cornell resides in Houston, Texas, where he continues to thrive in his professional endeavors while maintaining a strong connection to his community. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, participating in community service, and spending time outdoors with his Catahoula leopard dog, Ella.
